This includes removing rocks, boulders, and weeds. Using organic compost would improve the quality of the soil and providing proper irrigation.<br \/>\nOnce the land is properly prepared, it\u2019s time to plant the vines and trees. Assess the appropriate space for planting, the cuttings, any protection from pests, and irrigation systems.<\/p>\n<p>The next step is managing the vineyard and olive grove.<br \/>\nThis includes consistently monitoring and maintaining the vines and trees for pests and diseases, ensuring they are cropped, fed, watered, and pruned properly throughout the year.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the grapes and olives are harvested and brought to the winery. In the winery, they undergo processes of crushing, destemming, fermentation, aging, and bottling.
