Purely from unlimited positive thinking, we’ve been saying for months that we’re going to make the national press an news(paper)…not in the least, because we’re bringing our wine & olive oil and AI technology together; our labels ‘come to life’, and they tell you themselves about the wine and what it’s best to drink it with. But as of today, our full story about realizing our Italian dream is put online on the AD site (Dutch) https:\/\/lnkd.in\/ePamqNps<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Our website www.perseveranza-it.com\u00a0<\/a>is still work-in-progress, but feel free to look around already and soon the historical Italian figures on the labels will come to life when you point your camera at them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Our wine is currently still maturing in the tanks at our winery (cantina) in Italy, but we will start bottling and offering our white aromatic Pecorino wine in May 2023 and our first red Sangiovese wines, partly oaked, in autumn this year. A stiffer red wine, a blend of Montepulciano and Cabernet Sauvignon, needs another year of aging in wooden barrels, we will not bottle that wine until 2024.<\/div>\n

Of course, we didn’t do this all by ourselves, we enjoy working closely with Daniele who created the oil paintings for the labels, Godert who takes care of our designs and website, Georgina who takes beautiful photos, Joseph and his team who create the AI technology for the ‘talking-labels’ and Jos and his team from restaurant Lokaal Victoria.<\/div>\n
